Claire CRÉPET-DAIGREMONT is maître de conférences (Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor) in Public Law at Panthéon-Assas University since 2010.

She wrote her thesis in Public International Law on The most-favoured nation clause (“La clause de la nation la plus favorisée”, dir. Pr. Charles Leben, Ed. Pedone, 2015) and got for it the award from the French Society of International Law (“prix Suzanne Bastid de la Société française pour le droit international”).

She teaches Public International Law, International Economic Law, International Investment Law, European Union Law and International Relations, in particular for the Institute of Higher International Studies (« Institut des Hautes Etudes Internationales »), her research center.

She participates in the writing of collective books: Grandes pages du droit international (IHEI, Ed. Pedone, 6 vol.), Les Grandes décisions de la jurisprudence internationale (Ed. Dalloz), Droit international des investissements et de l’arbitrage transnational (Ed. Pedone, dir. Charles Leben). She also writes regularly in several chronicles: on international investments and arbitration for The Paris Journal of International Arbitration, on international case law and international facts for the Revue générale de droit international public.

Member of the French Society of International Law and of the International Law Association, she’s interested in all areas of international law. She created and oversees a Master of private, public, national and international Business Law for high-level athletes.
