Anton de FEUARDENT

Anton de FEUARDENT is an economic and financial expert, specialised in the valuation of assets and businesses, and in the economic modelling of contracts, public-private partnerships and financial instruments.

Over the last 20 years, he has worked across various industries (oil, gas and mining; water, waste, electricity; construction and infrastructure; telecom, aerospace and defence; distribution, retail and franchise; banking and insurance; real estate, hotel and leisure).

As a consultant, Anton de FEUARDENT has assisted governments, leading international institutions, companies, banks and investors, providing economic and financial figures for contract negotiations, business analysis and decision-making.

As an independent expert, Anton de Feuardent has testified or submitted expert testimony on damages, economics and financial issues in numerous cases before domestic courts, international arbitration tribunals in both investment and commercial cases as well as before competition authorities. He has also served as an advisor and mediator in many litigation and international arbitration cases.

Prior to joining Fair Links in 2008, Anton de Feuardent worked with Arthur Andersen, then Ernst & Young in Paris, where he last served as a Director in the consulting, valuation and litigation division.

Anton de FEUARDENT is a member of the Royal Economic Society (UK), the Société Française des Evaluateurs (France).

He holds a Master in Economics from the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences-Po, France).

Anton de FEUARDENT is a native French speaker and is fluent in English. He is also competent in Italian and Spanish.
